We enjoyed our stay at Hakone Villa Bizan. Our room had bathtubs, and the staff, including the owner, were super friendly and accommodating. the location was particularly good, as it was near the ferry station, bus station, museums, restaurants. Additionally, it was right next to Hiroshiya, where you can grab lunch.

Favourable location, incredible staff, spectacular views of the lake. Absolutely perfect, beautiful room with a private bathroom and a shower, a hairdryer and a bidet. Great and amazing food. Location just off the main attraction around Lake Ashi as well as the Ferry station, the bus station, museums, restaurants, Hakone Jinja shrine and the two largest Konbini stores. Free parking nearby provided. Everything perfect.

Our romantic escape was decent. The staff was friendly and provided us with a complimentary drink upon arrival. The room was clean and had a great view of the lake. The nearby restaurants were great for dinner.
The breakfast was lacking. We had to go to a nearby convenience store to fill up.

I had an absolutely perfect stay at the lakefront Hakone Villa Bizan. The hotel's location near the lake provided breathtaking views of Mount Fuji that were truly indescribable. The staff were exceptionally kind and created a warm and personal atmosphere throughout my stay. The breakfast and dinner at the hotel were beyond amazing, probably the best meals I've had in a long time. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, with a fully-functioning kitchen and a beautiful lake view. The hotel's proximity to the ferry station, bus station, museums, restaurants, and the Hakone Jinja shrine made it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. I couldn't ask for a better place to stay and I highly recommend Hakone Villa Bizan to anyone visiting Hakone.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The best aspects were the location literally in front of the lake, the scrumptious breakfast, the clean and comfortable room design, and the accommodating staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
There was nothing we didn't like.

Staying near the lake was great, with amazing views just outside the hotel. the room was comfortable and clean, with modern facilities like a nice bathroom. Breakfast was enjoyable, but the attached restaurant was even better, serving up some impressive dishes.
Sadly, some aspects of the hotel just weren't up to scratch. For example, the price was a little steep, especially considering the lack of additional amenities like a spa or pool.
